Contract Recruiting

AgHires will partner with your company on an hourly recruiting basis to allow for maximum flexibility. Your company will define the positions and the hours to work on the positions. AgHires will submit hours weekly to your company, along with monthly metrics on performance. This option allows you to increase or decrease hours when necessary and adjust our focus based on your needs.
